My mother-in-law wants me to sell her cabin in Lubec. It's really a nice cabin, but after her husband passed, we've had no desire to visit. It's not even ten years old and it's over seven hundred square feet. Any suggestions on the easiest way to sell a property in Maine? By the way, I live in Florida; but have someone close with keys.

The easiest way to sell the cabin would be to probably use a Realtor -- especially since you don't live in the area. Realtors are quite easy to find with a simple google search or yellowpages.com. If you want to try to sell it yourself you can easily post an ad on www.craigslist.com. You can get anything on this site and many people I know look to it when they move to rent an apartment or for summer rentals. There is a 'housing for sale' option, too.
