Lewiston, November 13, 2009 – FISC Solutions, a Maine based outsourcing service provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Broughton as Senior Vice President of Information Technology.

Kevin will join FISC Solutions on October 21, 2009, bringing a wealth of IT, Security, Operations and Project Management experience. Kevin’s most recent position was at First Atlantic Commerce in Bermuda, as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Operations. Kevin was responsible for the management of Technical Security and Infrastructure, Applications Development, Database and Merchant-Servicing Operations, and was a member of the Executive Team.

“Kevin’s broad experience in the payment industry and financial services is well suited for our organization, and we are truly excited about the new dimension of technical expertise that Kevin adds to our leadership team,” said Kristine Avery, SVP of Human Resources.

Kevin holds his BS degree in Computer Science Engineering from Norwich University. He resides in Kennebunk with his wife and two sons.
