Released 9/8/09Auburn, Maine (Sept. 8, 2009) – Conrad Ray of Hartford, Maine was selected as the grand prize winner of a new stainless steel, side-by-side refrigerator from Agren Appliance & Television. His name was selected recently in a drawing at Hannaford Supermarket’s grand opening celebration in Winthrop (formerly Mister Market).
Ray’s prize from Agren is a General Electric® Profile stainless steel refrigerator with LED lighting and features high tech illuminated controls. Hannaford selected the Energy Star® rated model as an exclusive giveaway to reflect the new store’s eco-friendly and energy efficient store concept and design.
“We are pleased to present Mr. Ray with this top-of-the-line refrigerator that is also energy efficient,” stated Jason Agren, Vice President of Agren Appliance & Television. “Energy Star rated products are available in our showrooms across a spectrum of appliances and TVs and we’re proud to partner with Hannaford in promoting these green products and initiatives.”
Agren Appliance also has provided Energy Star rated refrigerators for grand opening give-aways at new Hannaford Supermarkets in South China and Augusta, a Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified facility.
